The safety of our scholars and staff is always our top priority. This year, the South Conway County School District is excited to implement Visitor Aware, a new visitor management system designed to help us keep our schools secure.

How it works:
1. All visitors will check in at the main office using the Visitor Aware kiosk.
2. Visitors will be asked to provide a valid, state-issued photo ID.
3. The system will verify identity and run a quick safety screening.
4. Once approved, visitors will receive a printed badge before entering the building.
This simple process adds an extra layer of protection for our students and staff while keeping accurate records of everyone who visits our campuses.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we begin using this system. Together, we can ensure that SCCSD schools remain safe, welcoming places to learn, work, and grow.
