BELL TO BELL, NO CELL LAW
Parents/Guardians and Students,
We want you to be informed and prepared. Starting the 2025-2026 school year, the Arkansas Bell to Bell, No Cell Law (Act 122 of 2025) will be in effect in all public schools, including the South Conway County School District. This new law prohibits students from using personal electronic devices during the school day, from the first bell to the last, to ensure a productive, respectful, and safe learning environment throughout the district.
Personal electronic devices are as follows, but are not limited to:
Cellular phones
Paging device/beeper
Wireless earbuds
Mobile phones that offer advanced computing and internet accessibility
Digital media player
Portable game console
Tablet, notebook, or laptop computer
Digital video or audio recorder
Smartwatch
Any device that can connect and transmit data through Bluetooth technology

The South Conway County School District and Morrilton Primary School are excited to announce the upcoming Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2025, which will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Devil Dog Arena.
This joyful event will celebrate the growth and accomplishments of our youngest learners as they complete an important milestone in their educational journey. The evening will include special presentations and recognitions as families, educators, and the community honor these scholars for a successful kindergarten year.
