MIS Little Pup Choir performing in the 2025 Sounds of the Season at the Capitol

Mr. Reeves's Art class recently participated in the Arkansas Celebrates America 250 State Capitol Ornament Project orchestrated by the Arkansas Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to create an ornament that celebrated the Morrilton community. Out of hundreds of submissions, Kinsley Bailey, a 4th grade student at MIS, was selected to represent the South Conway County School District K-4. As our representative, they recreated her ornament and placed it upon the capitol’s christmas tree in the courtroom of the State Supreme Court.
Kinsley and Mr. Reeves tagged along with the MIS Choir today, and were given a private viewing of the tree, where they were able to find her ornament! We are so proud of her and all of her hard work!
