The MHS office is open today and tomorrow from 8-3 for students/parents/guardians to complete the registration process. This process must be completed by 3 on Tues or a parent will need to accompany the student to school on Wed morning to complete registration. 501-354-9430

Morrilton High School Celebrates Record Success in Advanced Placement Program Morrilton, AR – August 7, 2024 – Morrilton High School (MHS), part of the South Conway County School District, proudly announces a landmark achievement in its Advanced Placement (AP) program. This year, MHS has seen a record number of students enrolling in AP courses and taking AP tests, with over 70 students earning scores high enough to qualify for college credit. MHS offers ten AP courses, reflecting a commitment to providing students with rigorous academic challenges and opportunities for higher education advancement. Devil Dog Academy (DDA-formerly known as "HUB") is an alternative learning environment for current 10th-12th grade MHS students.
DDA students attend classes Monday-Friday for 2 class periods per day, with the majority of their class work completed online, outside of school. The ideal student for this program is a highly motivated, self-starter. Candidates must also meet the criteria described below for consideration.
Who can apply:
* Registered MHS students actively employed at the time of application. Work verification is required.
Admissions Process:
Applications must be received by Wednesday, August 7th for consideration and placement for the upcoming school year.
Interested students must first meet with their school counselor to determine program eligibility. They must also receive approval from their parent/guardian in order to apply. Eligibility will be determined based on current grade level, credits, attendance, individual situation, and success in the traditional school setting.
Decisions will be communicated by Friday, August 9th.
Applications are available in the counselors' office.
