Due to the National Weather Service issuing a winter storm warning beginning at noon on January 9th, the SCCSD has made the decision to cancel all classes and school activities for Thursday, January 9th, and Friday, January 10th, for the safety of our students, staff, and families.
The SCCSD will use Digital Learning for students on these inclement weather days. On Wednesday, January 8th, all Chromebooks were sent home with students.

SCCSD is closely monitoring the weather forecast for potential winter weather on Thursday and Friday. Our priority is the safety of our students, staff, and families. We will make a decision as early as possible to help families plan accordingly and ensure everyone's well-being.

On Friday, December 13, students in grades 4-6 participated in a grade level Spelling Bee to determine who will advance to the next round.
The following students will participate in the MIS Spelling Bee on January 14. The first student listed finished in first place for each grade level.
